The steps on how to cancel your subscription will depend on your subscription provider for Dojo Sparks. First, please check your subscription provider on your device. Para comprobarlo, sigue estos pasos:
- Ve a la configuración de tu cuenta dentro de la aplicación ClassDojo.
- Tap "Dojo Sparks" to locate your subscription provider. [Your Subscription provider will be one of the following: Stripe or Apple]
Stripe
If your subscription provider is Stripe, you can cancel through the ClassDojo app by following these steps:
- Ve a la configuración de tu cuenta dentro de la aplicación ClassDojo.
- Tap "Dojo Sparks."
- Pulse "Administrar/Cancelar suscripción".
- Tap "Manage subscription".
- Toque "Cancelar plan".
- Tap "Cancel plan" to confirm. The confirmation page will state that your subscription has been canceled and the date it expires.
Apple
If your subscription provider is the Apple App Store, you can cancel by following these steps:
- Ve a la configuración de tu cuenta dentro de la aplicación ClassDojo.
- Tap "Dojo Sparks."
- Tap "Manage/Cancel subscription" (You will be directed to your Apple Subscriptions)
- Under your Active Subscriptions, tap “ClassDojo, Dojo Sparks”
- Pulse "Cancelar suscripción".
- Tap "Confirm" to confirm the cancellation. The confirmation page will state that your subscription has been canceled and the date it expires.
Recuerda:
- Deleting your ClassDojo parent account or deleting the ClassDojo app from your device will NOT cancel your Dojo Sparks Subscription.
- Your account will be charged up to 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.
