Depending on your subscription provider, we may be able to assist you with issuing a refund. Para comprobar el proveedor de tu suscripción en tu dispositivo, sigue estos pasos:

Request a Refund for a Stripe Subscription
If you subscribed through Stripe, we can grant you a refund. Please submit a refund request using this form and a member of our team will be in touch! Be sure to include your email address that is connected to your ClassDojo account.
Request a Refund for an Apple App Store Subscription
- If you subscribed through Apple, you will need to contact Apple to request a refund here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
