Joining your tutoring session is easy! While all classes take place in Zoom, you do not need a Zoom link or Zoom ID to join each class using any device. Simply log in to your Dojo Tutor online account!
Below are 2 methods you may use to access your Dojo Tutor online account and join the class.
Joining from your Class Reminder email
Families with a scheduled tutoring class are expected to receive 3 class reminder emails. The first email is sent one day before the class schedule. The second email is sent the morning of the class and finally, the third email is sent 30 minutes before the class is about to start.
Each of these class reminder emails has a button link that will take you to your Dojo Tutor online account and join the class. Below is a sample of the Class Reminder email sent 30 minutes before the class and the steps to joining the session using the email.

Click the 'Log in to your dashboard' blue button from the email.

The button will route you to your Dojo Tutor online account's log in page. Log in using the email address and username you used to complete your online tutoring enrollment. If you've forgotten your log in credentials, click the 'Forgot Password' link to reset.

Once logged in, your class card with your class schedule will be displayed. The 'Join Class' button is at the lower left corner of your class card. Note that the button is initially grayed out or in an inactive state more than 5 minutes before the class. It will turn 'blue' or in an active state 5 minutes before the session.

Wait for the tutor to join and admit you to the session. While waiting for the tutor, be sure to test your audio and video Zoom connection to avoid technical issues during the session.
