If something comes up and you must find a new date or time for your kid's class you can reschedule it from your Dojo Tutor online account anytime.
A few things to remember before you get started!
We need at least 4 hours notice to reschedule a class and may be unable to accommodate requests received with less notice. If you would like to cancel the class, please select Cancel Class from the menu instead.
Let's Go
Reschedule a class from your mobile phone
1. Log-in to Dojo Tutor at https://tutor.classdojo.com
2. Find the class you'd like to reschedule and click on the three buttons in the top right of the class card
3. Click on 'Reschedule class'
4. Select the class date that works best for you and the student
5. Select a new class time and click on 'Save'
7. You will get a success message and the new class date and time will be shown on the class card. Great job! You've just rescheduled your class!
Reschedule a class from a desktop computer
1. Log-in to your Dojo Tutor online account at https://tutor.classdojo.com
2. Find the class you'd like to reschedule and click on the three buttons in the top right of the class card
3. Click on 'Reschedule class'
4. Select the class date that works best for you and the student
5. Select a new time and click on "Save"
7. You will get a success message and the new class date and time will be shown on the class card. Great job! You've just rescheduled your class!
Until when can I reschedule free of charge?
Rescheduling a class is free as long as it's done at least 4 hours before the start of the class. If you miss the 4-hour window, you can only cancel the class using the Cancel Class option. Canceled classes with less than 4 hours notice will not be refunded as tutors have been paid in full for the session.
