At this time, all Dojo Math subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. If you'd like to request a refund, you'll need to submit your request directly through your Apple account.
Request a Refund for an Apple App Store Subscription
- If you subscribed through Apple, you will need to contact Apple to request a refund here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
- ClassDojo does not manage Apple’s subscriptions, and we are not able to process refunds for Apple subscriptions. Refunds are made at the discretion of Apple.
Please make sure you have canceled your subscription so that you are not charged again. Since subscriptions are managed through Apple, we are not able to cancel your subscription on our end.
