Não estou recebendo notificações no meu e-mail ou aparelho

Entendemos o quanto é importante permanecer conectado à sala de aula do seu filho e o quanto pode ser frustrante perder uma publicação de história ou mensagem do professor do seu filho devido a problemas de notificação. Estamos aqui para ajudar!

Observação: Ao baixar o aplicativo, você receberá notificações push em vez de notificações por e-mail. No momento, não é possível receber ambos.

Você receberá notificações para os seguintes eventos:

    • When you receive a private message from your child’s teacher 
    • When there is a new Class Story or School Story post 
    • When your child’s teacher has approved a new Portfolio post 
    • When a teacher has scheduled reminders for Class or School Events

Se você não estiver recebendo notificações por e-mail :

    • Please make sure that your login email address is correct for your account and that you're checking the same email address associated with your account
    • Check that your email provider isn't blocking emails from ClassDojo
    • Check that our emails aren't going to your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Social inbox
    • Please make sure that you are not currently logged in to the app

If you are not receiving push notifications on your app:

    • Please update your app to ensure you're on the latest version
    • Ensure you are logged into your account
    • Ensure you have notifications enabled on your mobile device. You can learn more about how to enable notifications on your iOS device or Android device below:

Para habilitar notificações push em um aparelho iOS:

1. Go to Settings > Notifications

2. Encontre o aplicativo ClassDojo e certifique-se de que as notificações push estejam habilitadas 

To enable push notifications on an Android device:

1. Vá para Configurações > Gerenciador de Aplicativos

2. Encontre o aplicativo do ClassDojo e marque a caixa Mostrar Notificações

    • Run the self-test:

1. Click the profile icon in the top left corner of your app screen

2. Click the gear icon next to your name

3. Scroll down to "Notifications" and select it

4. Click "Troubleshoot notifications" and then "Start self-test"
