- Apple (App Store/iTunes) – You’ll need to request a refund through Apple

- Open the ClassDojo app and tap your profile icon > Go to Account Settings > Tap ClassDojo Plus > You’ll see your subscription provider listed—Stripe, Google Play, or AppleÂ

- Request a Refund for a Stripe or Google Play Store Subscription | Please submit a refund request using this form. Be sure to include your email address that is connected to your ClassDojo Plus account. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
- Request a Refund for an Apple App Store Subscription | Visit Apple’s refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com > Sign in with your Apple ID > Select your ClassDojo Plus subscription and follow the prompts
