Depending on your subscription provider, we may be able to assist you with issuing the refund. If you subscribed through Stripe or Google Play, we can grant you a refund. However, if you subscribed through Apple, you will need to contact Apple for support here.
Here's how to check your subscription provider on your device:
- Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app.
- Tap "ClassDojo Plus" to locate your subscription provider. [Your subscription provider will be Stripe, Apple/iTunes, or Google Play.]
Request a Refund for a Stripe or Google Play Store Subscription
If you subscribed through Stripe or Google Play, please submit a refund request using this form. Be sure to include your email address that is connected to your ClassDojo Plus account.
Request a Refund for an Apple App Store Subscription

- If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus through Apple iTunes, you will need to contact Apple with your refund request. ClassDojo does not manage Apple’s subscriptions, and we are not able to process refunds for Apple subscriptions. Refunds are made at the discretion of Apple.
