The steps on how to cancel your subscription will depend on your subscription provider for ClassDojo Plus. First, check your subscription provider on your device. Here's how to check:
- Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app.
- Tap "ClassDojo Plus" to locate your subscription provider. [Your Subscription provider will be one of the following: Stripe (Web), Apple/iTunes, or Google Play.]
Please follow the cancellation instructions below, based on your subscription provider.
Please Note:
- Deleting your ClassDojo parent account will NOT cancel your ClassDojo Plus Subscription.
- Your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.

Stripe
If your subscription provider is Stripe, you can cancel through the ClassDojo website or through the ClassDojo app. If you are canceling in the app, follow these steps:
- Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app.
- Tap "ClassDojo Plus"
- Tap "Manage/Cancel subscription".
- Click "Manage subscription". (You may need to click it twice.)
- Tap "Cancel plan."
- Click "Cancel plan" to confirm.
- You will see the confirmation page stating that your subscription has been canceled and the date it expires. Please note: once your subscription expires, your ClassDojo account will automatically revert to the basic (free) version.
Apple iTunes
If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus via Apple iTunes, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.

- Go to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Select “Subscriptions.”
- Here, you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on “ClassDojo.”
- Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
- Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up.
Google Play
If you subscribed to ClassDojo Plus via Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google Play and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your Android device.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Sign into your Google account.
- Tap the three-lined menu bar and select "Subscriptions."
