From the Web
Here's how to delete a message from the web:
- Hover to the left of the message you want to delete. A small "X" will appear next to the message
- Tap on the "X" and confirm the deletion in the pop-up; the message will be deleted from your messaging feed and the family's feed
From the App
Here's how to delete a message from the app:
- Hold your finger on the conversation bubble until you see the option to "Copy" or "Delete"
- Tap "Delete" and then tap "Delete" again to confirm 🎉
Please note: When you delete a message that you sent, it will still appear in your message history download with a [Deleted] Tag. It will not appear at all in a parent’s message history download.
When you delete a message that a parent has sent, it will appear in your message history download as “[Deleted]” and the content will no longer be visible. The parent will see this message in their own message history download with the [Deleted] tag and the content will be visible.
