Personal classes are classes in your account that are not connected to a school. The students in these classes are not listed in a School’s Directory.
How can I access my Personal Classes?
To access a Personal Class on the website:
- Log into your account here
- In the upper left corner where your school’s name is listed, click the drop-down arrow
- Click “Personal Classes”
Any Personal Classes that you own will now appear under this section on the ClassDojo Website!
At this time, Personal Classes will appear with School-Connected classes on the Android and iOS apps.
How can I change my School-Connected Class to a Personal Class?
To change your School-Connected class to a Personal Class, please contact our support team at hello@classdojo.com.
In your email, be sure to CC a School Leader or ClassDojo Admin to confirm the removal of the class from the school and include the name of the class.
How can I connect my Personal Class to my school?
You can transfer your Personal Class to any school that you’re connected to following these steps:
- Log into your account here
- Navigate to your Personal Class (click on the name of your school, then click “Personal classes”)
- Open your Personal Class
- Click “Options” toward the upper right corner
- Click “Transfer to school” at the bottom of the menu
- Select the school you’d like to transfer your class to
- Click “Transfer class” to confirm the transfer of the class
My Personal Class was deleted from my account when I joined my school. How can I restore it?
