Can I Get a Refund for My Dojo Sparks Subscription?

We want you to be completely happy with your Dojo Sparks subscription, so if for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us. Our support team is always here to help!

Depending on your subscription provider, we may be able to assist you with issuing a refund. Here's how to check your subscription provider on your device:

  1. Go to your Account Settings within the ClassDojo app.
  2. Tap "Dojo Sparks" to locate your subscription provider. [Your Subscription provider will be one of the following: Stripe or Apple]

Request a Refund for a Stripe Subscription

If you subscribed through Stripe, we can grant you a refund. Please submit a refund request using this form and a member of our team will be in touch! Be sure to include your email address that is connected to your ClassDojo account.

Request a Refund for an Apple App Store Subscription

  • If you subscribed through Apple, you will need to contact Apple to request a refund here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
  • ClassDojo does not manage Apple’s subscriptions, and we are not able to process refunds for Apple subscriptions. Refunds are made at the discretion of Apple.

Please make sure you have canceled your subscription so that you are not charged again. Since subscriptions are managed through Apple, we are not able to cancel your subscription on our end. Click here for detailed instructions on how to cancel your Dojo Sparks subscription.
