Recently moved and starting a new school? Or perhaps your parent account is displaying multiple student profiles for your child and you want to "clean up" your account. We've got you covered!
At this time, it is not possible to merge student profiles from your parent account. Instead, you can remove any duplicate or older profiles that you no longer need. Learn how to remove the student profiles from your parent account using the web, iOS, or Android device below.
Please note: This will remove the student and any data for the student and disconnect you from the class they are associated with.
From the Web
To remove a student profile from your account using the web:
- Log into your parent account
- Tap on your profile image in the top right corner and choose "Account Settings"
- Scroll to find the student connection you want to remove and click on the "Remove" button.
iOS and Android
To remove a student profile from your account using the iOS or Android App:
- Log into your parent account
- Tap on "Kids" at the bottom of the app
- Tap the gear icon on the student you wish to remove
- Select “Remove [Child’s name]"
- Confirm you wish to remove that child by selecting “Yes, remove”
