💡 Troubleshooting Tip: If you're having an issue scanning the class or individual QR code

  • Ensure that you're connected to the internet
  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable
  • If possible, try switching between WiFi and cellular data to get a stronger, more stable connection. Note: If you're getting a red flashing box when trying to scan, it indicates that your connectivity is too low
  • If you're having trouble logging in at school, try scanning the class or individual QR code from home
