Please note:
- We recently increased our security measures and now require all teachers and families to have strong and complex passwords. If you are receiving an error message that your password is about to expire or you are having trouble logging in to your account, it could be that your password does not meet our complexity requirements. Please try resetting your password to a brand-new and complex password
- If you already submitted a password reset and are not getting the email, please check your spam or junk folder
From the Web
You can reset your password by following these instructions on the web:
- Go to https://home.classdojo.com/forgot
- Enter your account email address and press "Submit"
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
- In the email, click on the “Reset password” button
- Enter the password you'd like to use and click "Change password"
From the App
You can reset your password using our Forgot Password feature on the app
- Open the ClassDojo app, select “I’m a parent,” then “I have an account”
- Tap on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address and press "Recover password"
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
- Select the “Reset password” button
- Enter the password you'd like to use and select "Change password"
