Delete a Parent Account

Looking to delete your account? We're here to help! Whether you're using the web, an iOS device, or an Android device, we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to delete your account.

Please Note: 

• Account deletions are permanent. After an account is deleted, we are unable to retrieve any data from the account, including any messaging history. Please review our data retention and deletion information before proceeding.
• If you are subscribed to ClassDojo Plus, our optional paid subscription, you must cancel it before you can delete your account. 

From the Web

1. Log into your account via the website here.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Account Settings.”
4. Click “Delete Account.”
5. Enter your account email address, and click on the "Delete your account" button to confirm.

From the Mobile App

1. Tap your profile icon in the upper left corner.
2. Tap the gear icon next to your profile name.
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account."
4. Enter your account email address, and click "Delete" to confirm.
