One of the best ways to protect your ClassDojo account from unauthorized access is by enabling 2-step verification. This extra layer of security requires both your password and a code sent to your email address upon each login attempt. From the Web:
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen
- Click on "Account Settings"
- Select “Security” on the left-hand side of the window
- Under the “2-Step Verification” heading, turn the toggle to the on position (the toggle will turn purple) to enable or off position (the toggle will turn grey) to disable
- Enter the code that is sent to your email to confirm and enable or disable 2-step verification
From the App:
- Tap on your profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen in the app
- Select the gear icon beside your name
- Next to the “2-Step Verification” heading, turn the toggle to the on position (the toggle will turn purple) to enable or off position (the toggle will turn grey) to disable
- Enter the code that is sent to your email to confirm and enable or disable 2-step verification
