We understand how important it is to stay connected to your child's classroom and how frustrating it can be to miss a Story Post or Message from your child's teacher due to notification issues. We're here to help!
Please note: By downloading the app, you'll receive push notifications instead of email notifications. At this time, it’s not possible to receive both.
You’ll get notifications for the following events:
-
- When you receive a private message from your child’s teacher
- When there is a new Class Story or School Story post
- When your child’s teacher has approved a new Portfolio post
- When a teacher has scheduled reminders for Class or School Events
If you are not getting email notifications:
-
- Please make sure that your login email address is correct for your account and that you're checking the same email address associated with your account
- Check that your email provider isn't blocking emails from ClassDojo
- Check that our emails aren't going to your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Social inbox
- Please make sure that you are not currently logged in to the app
