Here's how to send a Mass Message from the web:
- Open your class
- Click on the “Chats” tab
- Select the pencil icon to create a new thread
- Select "Mass message"
- This will allow you to send an individual message to parents all at once. The message will appear within each individual messaging box

Here's how to send a Mass Message from the app:
- Open your class
- Tap the Chats icon at the bottom of the screen
