Teachers can view their messages through the class or schoolwide inbox.
On the website
Teachers can open the schoolwide inbox by clicking the "Chats" tab in the sidebar of their accounts. The schoolwide inbox will display all messages sent to teacher accounts at the school, including group messages and messages with staff.
To open your class-specific inbox, first click on the name of your class from the sidebar and then click the "Chats" tab from the top of your class view. This inbox is filtered to only include messages that have been sent to the teacher's account from users who are connected to the class.
On the app
Teachers can open the schoolwide inbox by first tapping on the name of their school in the app to open the School feed. Then please tap the "Chats" icon at the bottom of your screen to open your schoolwide message view. The schoolwide inbox will display all messages sent to teacher accounts at the school, including group messages and messages with staff.
