Change Your Email Address On Your Account

Keeping your contact information up to date is important for staying connected on ClassDojo. If you need to change your email address, the process is quick and easy. Whether your school has updated its domain or you simply want to use a different email for your account, updating your email address ensures you continue to receive important notifications and communications. Follow these simple steps to change your email address on ClassDojo and stay connected!

💡 Troubleshooting Tip: If you see an error when trying to change your email address, it may be because the address is already registered to another ClassDojo account. Try logging into the account with that email to confirm it exists. If it does and there are no classes or content linked to it, you can delete that account to “free up” the email. Once deleted, you’ll be able to update your original account to use the new email address

From the Web

  1. Log into your teacher account here
  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the page
  3. Select "Account settings" and edit your email address to your desired email address
  4. Click "Save changes" before exiting

From the App

  1. Click the button at the top left of your screen
  2. Select the gear icon next to your name
  3. Select “Edit” in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Edit your email address and select “Save” in the top right corner of the screen 🎉
