Delete Accidental Feedback

Accidentally giving feedback or points to a student can happen, but ClassDojo makes it easy to correct these mistakes. Whether you assigned points in error or need to adjust feedback, you can quickly delete accidental entries to ensure your records are accurate. Follow these simple steps to learn how to delete accidental feedback on ClassDojo and keep your classroom management on track!

Please Note: Once you delete an award, it is gone forever and cannot be recalled.

From the Web

Here's how to delete a feedback point given on a student's report from the web:

1. Open your class.
2. Click the "Options" button on the top right and then “View reports.”
3. Select a student on the left side of the screen.
4. Scroll down and find the feedback point you'd like to delete.
5. Click the downward-pointing arrow and select "Remove." 
6. Click “Delete.”  

iOS  

Here's how tp delete a feedback point given on a student's report from the iOS app:

1. Open your class

2. Tap on the student's tile

3. Tap "Profile"

4. Tap "Report"

5. Tap on the Calendar icon at the top right if you would like to edit the date range of the point

6. Scroll down to find the feedback point you'd like to remove and tap on the feedback point

7. Select "Remove feedback"

8. Confirm by tapping "Remove feedback"

Android

Here's how tp delete a feedback point given on a student's report from the Android app:

1. Open your class
2. Tap on the student's tile
3. Tap "View report"
   

4. Scroll down to find the feedback point you'd like to remove, then tap the "3-dot" icon next to it

5. Select "Remove" to delete the point
