Mistakes happen, and sometimes, you might need to undo a point given to a student on ClassDojo. Whether it was assigned in error or circumstances have changed, ClassDojo makes it simple to correct these points and ensure your classroom records are accurate. This feature allows for quick adjustments, helping you maintain fairness and clarity in your point system. Follow these steps to learn how to undo a point on ClassDojo!
Please note: This removes the last point awarded only. You'll need to go into Reports to remove any other points accidentally awarded. See our tutorial on this here.
From the Web
- Open your class
- Select a student, or use the whole class tile and give a point
- Directly after awarding the point, you'll see an "Undo Last" button appear in the upper left corner. Click "undo last" to remove the last skill awarded
From the App
- Select a student, or use the whole class tile and give a point
- You'll see a banner appear at the top of the screen momentarily
- Select the reverse arrow symbol to undo the last skill awarded, then select “OK” 🎉
