Reset Student Point Bubbles

Resetting points to zero for students on ClassDojo is a straightforward process that can help you start fresh, whether it's a new term or a new classroom initiative. However, please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Additionally, if you are sharing a class, resetting points will affect all users of that class. It's important to ensure that all teachers involved agree to the reset before proceeding. Follow these steps to learn how to reset points to zero for students on ClassDojo!

Please Note:

• Resetting point bubbles will set point bubbles back to 0, but it does not remove points from Reports.

Reset All Student Point Bubbles

From the Web

1. Open your class
2. Click "Options" on the top right
3. Click "Reset points" from the drop-down menu
   
4. Click "Reset everything"

From the App

1. Open your class
2. Swipe the toolbar at the top of the screen and tap “Reset points" 

3. Tap "Select all" to mark all students

4. Tap "Reset points"
   
5. Confirm you would like to reset the bubbles for the class by tapping "Reset"

Reset Individual Student Point Bubbles

From the Web

1. Open your class
2. Click "Options" on the top right
3. Click "Reset points" from the drop-down menu
   
4. Click "Select students or groups"
5. Click on the student's name(s)
6. Click "Reset points"

From the App

1. Open your class
2. Swipe the toolbar at the top of the screen and tap “Reset points" 

3. Tap student name(s) 

4. Tap "Reset points"
   
5. Confirm you would like to reset the bubbles for the selected students by tapping "Reset"

Reset Group Point Bubbles

3. Click "Reset points" from the drop-down menu
   
4. Click "Select students or groups"
5. Click the "Groups" button
6. Click on the student group(s)
7. Click "Reset points"

From the App

1. Open your class
2. Swipe the toolbar at the top of the screen and tap “Reset points" 

3. Tap student group(s) 

4. Tap "Reset points"
   
5. Confirm you would like to reset the bubbles for the selected students by tapping "Reset"
