School Leaders and teachers with admin permissions can create, edit, or delete school skills. School skills are automatically added to all classes in the school. In order for any staff member to give school points, a School Leader or teacher with admin permissions must first set up at least one school skill.
From the Web
Here's how to set school points from the web:
- Log in to your account
- Click the "Points" button on the left of the screen to open the school points dashboard.
- Click "Manage."
- Click "Schoolwide skills."
- To Add a Skill: Click on the "+" button, then enter the details and select "Save schoolwide skills."
- To Edit a Skill: Make changes to your preferred skill and select "Save schoolwide skills."
- To Delete a Skill: Click on the trash icon next to the skill and select "Save schoolwide skills."
From the App
Here's how to set school points from the iOS app (This feature is not available on Android at this time):
- Log in to your account
- Tap the Points tab
- Tap the Manage button at the top right.
- Tap "Edit schoolwide skills."
- To Add a Skill: Tap the "+ Add skill" button, then enter the details and select "Add skill."
- To Edit a Skill: Tap the skill, make desired changes, and select "Save."
- To Delete a Skill: Tap the skill, tap "Delete," and confirm by tapping "Delete."
