Resetting points to zero for all students in your school is a simple way to create a fresh start, whether you’re beginning a new term or launching a school-wide initiative. Follow these steps to learn how to reset school points to zero on ClassDojo! 🎉
Please Note:
- This feature allows school leaders and admins to reset the redeemable school point balances for the entire school. Class balances will not be impacted.
- Resetting the redeemable balances will not delete the points from the school reports or from the student's school point total. It will only set the redeemable balances back to 0.
- Once points are reset, you can still view all point data from reports at any time: Downloading Schoolwide Point Reports
- At this time, redeemable school balances can only be reset on the website, not the app.

You can reset the redeemable school balances on the website by following these instructions:
- Open the school point dashboard
- Click "Manage" on the top right
- Click "Reset School points" from the drop-down menu
- Click "Reset School points" to confirm
