For School Leaders: Setting Schoolwide Point Skills

School-approved School Leaders and teachers with admin permissions can create, edit, or delete schoolwide skills. Schoolwide skills (points) are automatically added to all classes in the school. In order for any staff members to give schoolwide points, a School Leader or teacher with admin permissions must first set up at least one schoolwide skill.

From the Web

Here's how to set schoolwide points from the web:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the "Points" button on the left of the screen to open the Schoolwide points dashboard.
  3. Click "Manage."
  4. Click "Schoolwide skills."
  5. To Add a Skill: Click on the "+" button, then enter the details and select "Save schoolwide skills."
  6. To Edit a Skill: Make changes to your preferred skill and select "Save schoolwide skills."
  7. To Delete a Skill: Click on the trash icon next to the skill and select "Save schoolwide skills."

From the App

Here's how to set schoolwide points from the iOS app (This feature is not available on Android at this time): 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap the "Schoolwide Points" button.
  3. Tap the "..." icon at the top right.
  4. Tap "Edit schoolwide skills."
  5. To Add a Skill: Tap the "+ Add skill" button, then enter the details and select "Add skill."
  6. To Edit a Skill: Tap the skill, make desired changes, and select "Save."
  7. To Delete a Skill: Tap the skill, tap "Delete," and confirm by tapping "Delete."
