Sync Thresholds & Changes in Your Data

During term changes, after rollover, or when making significant updates to your Student Information System (SIS), ClassDojo will work closely with you to ensure a smooth sync process. There are two key scenarios to be aware of:

  • Large sync changes: If a high volume of changes occurs during a sync, a ClassDojo representative may reach out to confirm whether those changes are expected. This helps ensure your district data syncs nightly and that the consistency and accuracy of your SIS data is preserved.
  • Significant data changes: If you are switching SIS platforms or making another major change that could affect your data integration, please notify ClassDojo proactively so we can accommodate the shift and ensure you and your staff receive the highest quality data throughout the rostering process.
